[ this is... unusual. aside from maybe some drunk and rowdy affection between friends what feels like several lifetimes ago, david isn't sure he's ever just had someone's arm around him like this. it makes him a little unsure of himself as he leans into it, against jeff's side, like trying to adjust to a new mattress. not necessarily uncomfortable, just different in ways he can't put his finger on. part of him would certainly prefer to be making out right now, hell part of him thinks it's a waste of a bed to just sit there, but there's always going to be beds they can sneak off to. there's not always going to be this moment. ]
